Appeal from a judgment of the County Court of Ulster County (Williams, J.), rendered November 23, 2010, convicting defendant upon his plea of guilty of the crimes of burglary in the first degree and assault in the second degree.

Defendant pleaded guilty to burglary in the first degree and assault in the second degree in satisfaction of a five-count indictment with the understanding that he would be sentenced to an aggregate prison term of 15 years and five years of postrelease supervision.
