OPINION

DAMICH, Chief Judge.

In this case, Plaintiff seeks damages for breach of the lease agreement, which she entered into with a local housing authority and which was supervised by the federal government, and for negligence in administering the lease agreement. The case is currently before the Court for consideration of the government’s motion to dismiss for lack of subject matter jurisdiction.1 For the *728reasons set forth below, the government’s motion is GRANTED.
