S. .Eorry Laucks, a widower,,.died in 1942, leaving a son, Elliott Eorry Laucks, then 44 years of age, Who is the- father of two children now aged 17 and 12/ respectively. Also surviving him were three sisters, two' of whom have since died, twelve nephews and nieces, and a grandnephew and grandniece,! the children of a deceased nephew. . . ,, The provisions, of decedent’s- will, written in-1934,may be summarized as follows:
