These cases involve the same issues of law and fact, were tried together in the circuit court, and on appeal have been submitted here in like manner. The plaintiffs brought their respective actions claiming the right to recover from the defendants under a contract alleged to have been made between the parties. Certain material facts involved are not in dispute. The plaintiffs, their brother David Charles White, and the defendants are the sons and daughters of Charles White, who died in September, 1943.
