DONALD RUSSELL, District Judge.

The petitioner is a State prisoner who, following indictment in Oconee County, *1270South Carolina, had plead guilty to that count of the indictment charging the receipt of stolen goods (Section 16-362, Code of South Carolina of 1962), and received a sentence of six years. After commencing service of such sentence, he filed two petitions in habeas corpus in the State Court.
