THIS CAUSE comes before, the Court on the Motion to Remand filed by Plaintiffs Hialeah Anesthesia Specialists, LLC; Palmetto Anesthesia Specialists, LLC; South Florida Anesthesia & Pain Treatment, P.A.; and Treasure Coast Anesthesia Group, P.A. [ECF No. 10]. Defendant Coventry Health Care of Florida, Inc. (“Coventry”), removed this action, pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1441, from the Circuit Court of the Eleventh Judicial Circuit in and for Miami-Dade County, Florida, to this Court on December 14, 2016.
