*202Order, Supreme Court, New York County (Saralee Evans, J.), entered December 6, 2005, which, on defendant wife’s application, adjudged plaintiff husband in civil contempt for failing to comply with an August 2005 interim order to pay outstanding mortgage arrears and tuition by January 13, 2006, and sentenced him to 15 days in jail if he failed to purge the contempt, unanimously reversed, on the law, without costs or disbursements, and the matter remanded for a new hearing on defendant’s contempt motion, consistent with this decision.
