Appeal from an order of the Family Court of Clinton County (McGill, J.), entered December 8, 1997, which (1) dismissed petitioner’s applications, in a proceeding pursuant to Family Court Act article 4, to modify child support, and (2) granted respondent’s application, in a proceeding pursuant to Family Court Act article 4, to hold petitioner in violation of a prior support order.
