This is an action of ejectment brought to recover the possession of lands situate in Suisun Township, County of Solano.
The defendants answered jointly, disclaiming all title to or interest in the premises demanded, except as to a certain part *174thereof particularly described, and as to that part the defendants aver that they hold and occupy it by title derived from one Brower.
