Plaintiffs Elise Morris (“Morris”) and Douglas Katsaros (“Katsaros”) (collectively “plaintiffs”) bring the instant action against their former landlords, defendants Herbert Flaig and Marilyn Flaig (collectively, “defendants”), alleging state claims, as well as a violation of the federal Residential Lead-Based Paint Hazard Reduction Act (“RLPHRA”), arising from a lead-paint condition in their Brooklyn residence.
