DECISION AND ORDER

LARIMER, Chief Judge.

INTRODUCTION

Before the Court is the pro se petition of Jesse Hammock (“Hammock”) for a writ of habeas corpus pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2254. Petitioner was convicted after trial in New York Supreme Court, Monroe County of four counts of murder, 2d degree, and five counts of attempted robbery, 1st degree. He was sentenced to two consecutive indeterminate terms of twenty-five years to life on the murder convictions, and two terms of seven and one-half to fifteen years on the attempted robbery convictions, to be served concurrently with the murder sentences.…
