FINAL COPY S24A1161. GARCIA v. THE STATE. ORDER OF THE COURT. This Court granted Garcia’s application for interlocutory appeal in Case No. S24I0777, and this appeal followed. Upon review of the full record and the briefs of the parties, this Court has determined that the application for interlocutory appeal in this case was improvidently granted.
