This action was instituted by United States Plywood Corporation, a corporation, against Wallace Falls Timber Company, a corporation, and Snohomish county, to condemn a private way of necessity for a logging road, under the provisions of Rem. Rev. Stat. (Sup.), § 936-1 [P. C. § 7658] et seq., over land, the record title to which stood in the name of Wallace Falls Timber Company, a domestic corporation.
