The facts necessary to an understanding of the issues in this case are about as follows: Mrs. Aldenhoven, defendant in error and plaintiff below, staked her cows, on certain vacant lots belonging to Clark, plaintiff in error and defendant below. This led tO' an altercation in which it is admitted that Clark pulled the picket pins and drove Mrs. Aldenhoven’s cows off the premises..
