This is a suit in ectuity brought in the District Court of the United States for the Southern District of West Virginia by the Piedmont Coal Company, a corporation created and existing under the laws of the commonwealth of Pennsylvania, and Gr. S. Harah, Edgar S) Hackney, and Walter E. Hess, executor under the last will and testament of John E.
