BINGHAM, Circuit Judge.
On March 27, 1924, Harry L. Steeves, appellant, together with some 47 corporations and a like number of individuals, was indicted in the federal District Court for the Eastern Division of the Northern District of Ohio, charged with having engaged in- an illegal combination in restraint of trade in interstate commerce in malleable castings.
