State v. Vaughn

Supreme Court of Oklahoma

Decided July 18, 2000No. 90,999PublishedCited by 32 opinions

1Opinion of the Court

BOUDREAU, Justice:

1 1 Two questions are presented on certio-rari. First, did the trial court commit legal error when it determined that the State's filing of an amended information did not discharge the Bondsman's obligation on the bail bond? Second, did the trial court abuse its discretion in refusing to vacate its forfeiture order under 59 O.S. Supp.1995, 1382(C)(5)(b)? Because the trial court did not commit legal error and did not abuse its discretion in refusing to vacate its forfeiture order, we affirm.
