REASONS FOR DECISION

HENLEY A. HUNTER, Bankruptcy Judge.

This matter comes before the Court after trial on the merits of the plaintiffs’ complaint to determine the dischargeability of certain debts allegedly due the plaintiffs by the debt- or. This is a Core Proceeding pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 157(b)(2). This Court has jurisdiction pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 1334 and by reference from the District Court pursuant to Local District Court Rule 22.01 incorporated into Local Bankruptcy Rule 1.2.
