This is the second time this case has been before this court. The appellant was indicted in the court below upon the charge of having illegal possession of intoxicating liquor for beverage purposes. The indictment was drawn under the provisions of the Act of March 27, 1923, P. L. 34, providing inter alia: “It shall be unlawful for any person to......possess ......any intoxicating liquor for beverage purposes,” etc. By the 13th Section of the Act it is provided, subject to certain specified exceptions, none of which is applicable to the facts in this case, that “In any…
