Plaintiffs Bobbi-Jo Smiley, Amber Blow, and Kelsey Turner appeal the District Court’s grant of summary judgment in favor of Appellees E.I. DuPont De Nem-ours & Company and Adecco USA, Inc. (collectively, “DuPont”) on their claims under the Fair Labor Standards Act (“FLSA”), 29 U.S.C. § 201, et seq. and Pennsylvania’s Wage Payment and Collection Law (“WPCL”), 43 P.S. § 260.1, et seq.
