The district court recently affirmed this court’s monetary judgment awarding sanctions in the defendant’s favor. The defendant has moved for a release of the moneys deposited as a supersedeas bond staying enforcement of the judgment pending the appeal to the district court under F.R.Bankr.P. 7062.
