On April 30, 2009, plaintiff Hyundai Merchant Marine Co. Ltd. (“Hyundai”) filed this action seeking an order of maritime attachment against defendant The Oceanic Petroleum Source Pte Ltd. (“Oceanic”). On May 4, 2009, the Court issued an Order of Maritime Attachment and Garnishment (the “Attachment Order”).
