MEMORANDUM OF DECISION AND ORDER DENYING MOTION FOR INJUNCTION AND DISMISSING COMPLAINT

On July 20, 1967 Plaintiffs filed a Complaint seeking to enjoin the Defendant from withholding Agency records and to order the production, of Agency records which Defendant had previously refused to make available to Plaintiffs herein upon their request.
