This is a consolidated class action brought on behalf of all purchasers of common stock of the AremisSoft Corporation (“Aremis-Soft”). The First Amended and Consolidated Class Action Complaint (the “Complaint”) alleges that the Defendants issued false and misleading statements concerning Aremis-Soft’s earnings and streams of revenue during the Class Period, April 22, 1999 through July 27, 2001, inclusive, in violation of Sections 10 and 20(a) of the Securities and Exchange Act of 1934, and Sections 11 and 15 of the Securities Act of 1933.
