This appeal is from two summary judgments entered in favor of defendants, Mobil Oil Corporation and Mobil Pipe Line Company, in two separate cases. The cases were consolidated by stipulation before the appeals were docketed in this court. (See Rules of the Supreme Court, 197 Kan. LXVII, Rule No. 13 (a).)
