Introduction

Before the Court is a Certification of the Debtor’s Counsel for Waiver of Credit Counseling Requirement Pursuant to 11 U.S.C. Sec. 109(h)(3). For the reasons set forth below, the request for a waiver will be denied and the Debtor’s petition will be dismissed.

Factual Background
