In a March 6, 1991, opinion in this case, the Court vacated a December 5, 1989, decision of the Board of Veterans’ Appeals (Board or BVA) denying entitlement to a total disability rating for compensation purposes based on individual unemployability due to service-connected disabilities (TDIU rating) and remanded the record to the Board for readjudication in accordance with the Court’s opinion.
