The appellee, Bobby Trenton Cogan, brought this suit in the Circuit Court of Warren County against the appellant, Don Jenkins d/b/a Motor Transportation Service, seeking the recovery of damages, actual and punitive, for personal injuries alleged to have been sustained as the result of a liquefied petroleum gas explosion.
