Plaintiff seeks to recover damages for the alleged wrongful death of her husband who was killed in an automobile collision on February 5, 1940. The defendant in this suit is the Louisiana Department of Highways and the death of plaintiff's husband is alleged to have been caused by the negligence of an employee of said Department.
