Petitioner, East Bank of Colorado Springs, appeals from the decision of the court of appeals in Dovenmuehle v. East Bank of Colorado Springs, 38 Colo. App. 507, 563 P.2d 24, which affirmed a district court judgment against East Bank based on a letter of credit which it had issued. We affirm the court of appeals.
