This 18 U.S.C. § 111 case presents an unusual — although not completely unique— fact situation in urban America.

The Grand Jury returned an indictment against only two persons out of a group estimated at six to ten young men who were riding the Miami “People Mover”, an elevated railway which cueles the center of the city.
