Plaintiff Mark Robinson, an African-American, has sued the District of Columbia, alleging unlawful race discrimination and retaliation under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 42 U.S.C. § 2000e et seq., and unlawful retaliation under the District of Columbia Whistleblower Protection Act. Before the Court is defendant’s motion to dismiss plaintiffs complaint as judicially estopped because plaintiff failed to disclose these causes of action during his now-closed bankruptcy proceeding. 1 For the reasons stated be low,…
