ORDER FOR DISTRIBUTION OF FUNDS
JOHN L. PETERSON, Bankruptcy Judge.
In this Chapter 7 proceeding, the Trustee requests an order in accordance with his proposal for distribution of funds on hand. Objections to the Trustee’s proposal were filed by Old National Bank and its subro-gee Willis E. Campbell (ONB). Hearing on the matter was held on July 8, 1986.
By prior orders of this Court, the real and personal property of the Debtor was sold at public and private sales, which generated gross proceeds of $144,750.00. An interim distribution of $50,000.00 was made to ONB, and the balance of funds were…
