This is an appeal from a decree of the circuit court rendered upon a rehearing therein, cor recting the description of the source from which applicant, John A. Oliver, takes water for irrigation purposes. From a decree making the correction, the Jordan Valley Cattle Company, a corporation, Vincente Hendióla and Nelle B. Parks, water users, appeal.
