This is an appeal taken by the defendant, Ralph Frederick Ramsey, from a judgment of the District Court for Gallatin County, entered on a jury’s verdict finding Ramsey guilty of operating a motor vehicle on East Main and North R-ouse Streets in the City of Bozeman while under the influence of intoxicating liquor and in violation of the City’s Ordinance No. 801.
