This suit was filed by June Lee Adams, appellee, against the Life Insurance Commissioner of the State of Texas and/or the Commissioner of Insurance for the State of Texas, William A. Plarrison, and/or the Board of Insurance Commissioners of the State of Texas, Penn J. Jackson, Chairman, and members, J. P. Gibbs and David B. Irons.
