Timothy Walker (“Defendant”) appeals from the trial court’s judgment and sentence after a jury found him guilty of involuntary manslaughter. We affirm.
I. BACKGROUND
On April 13, 2007 around 12:30 a.m., Donald Gaither (“Gaither”) was traveling westbound on Interstate 70 when he was struck and killed by a Corvette near the Blanchette Bridge. Witnesses saw the Corvette strike Gaither’s motorcycle and estimated the Corvette’s speed at over 100 mph. There were two occupants in the Corvette, Defendant remained at the scene.
