William Lovett, by Jesse Lovett his father and next friend, filed a petition for divorce against Beulah Lovett in which he alleged their marriage on February 23, 1963; their separation on July 1, 1966, and three years separation without cohabitation as well as general indignities as grounds for divorce. The petitioner also alleged the birth of two children, five and six years of age, as a result of the marriage.
