This is a suit by an insane widow to set aside a decree of divorce granted her Inisliand shortly before his death in January, 1954.
W. T. Jackson and Arwilda Bowman were married May 12, 1931 in Phillips County, Arkansas, where they lived together until she became mentally incompetent and was committed to the State Hospital on March 31, 1937. Jackson was duly appointed and served as guardian of his wife’s person and estate until shortly before his death at the age of 72 and no children were born to the marriage. W. T.
