STOCKARD, Commissioner.

Defendant-appellant has appealed from the order of the trial court sustaining plaintiff’s motion for a new trial in her suit for $22,500 damages.

This suit arose out of a rear-end collision at the intersection of Thirteenth Street and Cass Avenue in the City of St. Louis. The substance of plaintiff’s testimony was that she stopped in the intersection to permit a tractor-trailer to cross in front of her, and while so stopped her automobile was struck from behind by defendant’s automobile.
