I. INTRODUCTION
On September 18, 2007, Image Masters, Inc., OPFM, Inc., Mortgage Assistance Professionals, Inc., Mortgage Assistance Professionals, Inc. II, Discovered Treasures, Inc., and Dividit, Inc (together “Debtors”) each filed voluntary petitions for relief under Chapter 7 of the Bankruptcy Code. On September 19, 2007, Lynn E. Feldman, Esquire, was appointed to serve as the Chapter 7 Trustee of the Debtors’ bankruptcy estates (“Trustee”).
