I. INTRODUCTION

Plaintiff Rebecca Spence filed this action for employment discrimination after she was terminated from her position as an analyst'at the Federal Aviation Administration (“FAA”) Tech Center in Atlantic City, New Jersey less than a year after she was hired. Spence, who is African American and Muslim, alleges that she was fired on the basis of her religion, race, and national origin.
