OPINION

MICHIE, District Judge.

Plaintiff, American Cyanamid, seeks an injunction and damages for alleged infringement of a patent of which it is the assignee on the mixture of an aureomycin mash containing chlortetracycline with vegetable protein meal *508which, when combined with animal feeds, acts as a growth stimulant.
