This is an appeal from a judgment in the circuit court of St. Clair county in favor of appellee, Mary Dailey, widow and beneficiary of Thomas P. Dailey, deceased, against appellant, the Grand Lodge Brotherhood of Bailroad Trainmen.

The declaration consists of one count in which is set forth the certificate and sections of the constitution, rules and regulations of appellant company, relied upon.
