KRAVITCH, Circuit Judge:
The representative of a class of current and former Eastern Airlines pilots appeals the summary judgment for defendants in a suit seeking reimbursement of contributions that the pilots paid into Eastern’s voluntary pension program prior to 1965. See Vaughter v. Eastern Air Lines, Inc., 619 F.Supp. 463 (S.D.Fla.1985). Appellant David C.
