Appellants, a drug dealer and his bodyguard, were convicted of two counts of felony murder,1 after the robbery and execution-style slaying of another drug dealer and his girlfriend at the victims’ home.

Appellants raise numerous issues on appeal: (1) They both contend the trial court erred in refusing instructions based upon a theory of conspiracy, even though they were charged with aiding and abetting, not conspiracy (a similar contention was recently rejected by a majority of this court (Div.
