MEMORANDUM OF DECISION

NEAHER, District Judge.

The bankrupt (“Lurie”) has petitioned for review of a bankruptcy judge’s order denying him a discharge because of an objection filed by a judgment creditor, John P. Maguire & Co., Inc. (“Maguire”), pursuant to § 14(c) (3) of the Bankruptcy Act (“Act”), 11 U.S.C. § 32(c)(3). 1 Of three specifications in Maguire’s objection, the only one before this court, and the basis for this review, is specification 3. 2 In sustaining it as a bar to Lurie’s discharge, the judge’s ultimate conclusion was:
