Pro se plaintiff Jason Schultz contends that prison guards violated his constitutional rights in the course of removing him from his cell. Pending before the court is the Defendants' Motion to Dismiss and/or *180For Summary Judgment. (Dkt. No. 36) For the following reasons, the motion will be granted in part and denied in part.
