Appeal from a judgment of the County Court of Ulster County (Williams, J.), rendered February 19, 2015, upon a verdict convicting defendant of the crime of aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the first degree.

Defendant was charged with driving while intoxicated and aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the first degree following an incident in which he was stopped by a state trooper who had observed him driving in a dangerous manner on public highways in Ulster County.
