At Butte in said District this 12th day of April, 1996.

After due notice hearing was held in this Chapter 7 bankruptcy, on a Motion to Avoid Lien on real property filed by Debtors Ronald Lewis Todd and Shirley Ann Todd (“Debtors”) January 29, 1996. The affected creditor, Pioneer Liquidating Corporation (“Pioneer”), filed an objection to the motion on March 4, 1996. At hearing both parties appeared represented by counsel.
